To view the average transit times for Step2.com orders, please select your state from the drop-down menu below. Most orders will arrive within the range stated, but we can make no guarantees of delivery times. Be safe and order early!
You should also note that FedEx home delivery orders will be left without a signature unless circumstances merit otherwise. Truck orders require a signature, but the delivery company will usually call 24 hours in advance to schedule a time for delivery.

FedEx orders include most smaller items such as Ride-Ons, our entire LifeStyle line of products, kitchens, and Soft & Sturdy toys.
Truck orders include larger climbers, playhouses, and swingsets.
