How can I find out if Step2 Direct has my order and that it was processed correctly?
If you placed your order online, you may view your order status by logging in to My Account.
Also, if you provided an email address during checkout, an email confirmation will be sent to you verifying your order was placed with Step2 Direct. If you do not receive this email confirmation please call 1-866-429-5200, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST and we would be happy to see if your order was placed correctly. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a response to your email.
