Parts are missing from my new Step2 product. What do I do?
If your new Step2 product is missing parts, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 1-800-347-8372, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 am & 5 pm EST. Please have the product readily available (close by) to offer details of the parts that may be needed.

If your case requires additional information, a Step2 Consumer Experience Specialist will respond to you within approximately 3 - 4 business days via phone or email, or as quickly as possible based on current part requests.
If your case requires no additional information, be assured it will be processed expeditiously and you will receive an email confirmation once an order has been placed, along with a shipping confirmation that includes tracking details.
