Can I refuse my product delivery?

If you would like to return a product, please call Step2 Direct to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Do not refuse your delivery as this can delay our ability to quickly rectify the situation. In most instances, even if the box is damaged the item inside is unharmed. In most cases we can replace damaged parts.

Original, actual return shipping costs will be charged along with a restocking fee on all refused orders. Any credit due will be issued for the amount of the product(s) less these shipping costs. Credits can be delayed if the return does not have a Return Authorization Number.
