Customer ReviewsRated 5 out of 5 by grandma willoughby from Used Every Day I bought one of these for my grnadaughter about 10 years ago only with no top. It was used when I bought it but it has lasted through 10 years and 3 kids. It now needs to be replaced. My 3 year old grand daughter loves it and the other 2 still use it once in a while also and they are 8 and 10. It has been used for a wagon, a bed, a stroller and a grocery cart. They have hauled the dog, the cat, thier doll and stuffed animals, and all thier friends. They love the door. The 3 year old likes to store things so the under seat storage will be perfect. The cup holders are a nice touch, the kids always have a water bottle with them. It is just the best wagon ever.Date published: 2008-06-22Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Lots of Storage/Fun Ride for Son My 17 month-old son loves his wagon & I love the canopy. He keeps his toys & snacks in the under-the-seat storage & his cup in his built-in cup holder. I have room for my drink, keys & wallet on top of the canopy that (more importantly) protects him from the sun. The only prob we have is that he likes to touch the wheels... I'm sure he'll grow out of that though. I do wish that Step 2 would make a Tag Along Trailer for this wagon. (NOTE: One person who reviewed the product was told by a customer service rep that the current green Tag Along Trailer should fit it; I haven't tried to do this myself).Date published: 2009-05-13Rated 4 out of 5 by Amy BC RN from Nice wagon!! I bought this after a recommendation from a friend. Love it so far. Was looking for a wagon with a sun-shade and chose this one because we live in a very windy place and I figured the hard plastic canopy would work better than fabric. So far, so good. Plus I LOVE that there are cupholders and a little storage compartment on top of the canopy for me to use!! The seatbelts are a big plus as my son is just a year and needs to be restrained! I like the cupholders for the kids inside and the storage compartment under one of the seats. Will be easy to hose off after beach trips- noncoms, it steers easily. Heavy compared to pushing a stroller, but that's to be expected!Date published: 2011-06-24Rated 3 out of 5 by Shelby's Mama from BOTH GOOD & BAD I love all of the storage space. I am concerned that the safety belt with tear through the plastic if my daughter pulls against it too much...hopefully she learns to stay seated quickly. I thought it was just the one I recv'd, but I had them send a 2nd one and had the same issue. I wish the tires were rubber and the weight limit was higher like some other wagons. I also would like for it to have a longer handle. Even with all of the above mentioned...I still like the wagon. The storage under the seat and on the canopy is what compelled me to buy thIS wagon and is the reason I'm keeping it.Date published: 2009-05-22Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Canopy wagon is a good purchase We really enjoy this product. I like that the top can come off, when the children are older. I like the straps that keep my 20 month old inside the wagon. I wish it had the ability to add a train for storage (for items like a cooler). Sometimes my small child has issues getting inside of it, so a door would be nice. Overall this item is great and you can not beat the price. We shopped for items in comparison and the one just like it at [...] was [$]. The cover is nice to protect my child from the hot North Carolina sun and the wheels work better then a stroller on the beach.Date published: 2011-03-06Rated 3 out of 5 by montanaday from Great wagon, except for the wheels This is a great wagon in concept with the hard cover canopy being an innovative addition. It has a nice color scheme and easy to use storage and drink holders. That being said when the wagon is in use on paved roads it is so noisy you almost can't talk above it. Also with the hard canopy on it is harder to place kids inside the wagon when lifting them, having a swing open door like some of the other Step2 wagons would have alleviated this problem. All in all a nice wagon but had I known just how loud the wheels would be I would have chosen a different model.Date published: 2012-04-07Rated 5 out of 5 by Bishop's Mommy from Great wagon I do love this wagon. It is very sturdy and durable. My son is madly in love with it. When inside he will sit and pretend he's riding and outside on walks he's in toddler heaven. It was a gift for his first birthday and one year later he still loves it. The only thing is it's a little heavy. We live in a hilly neighborhood and it gives Mommy quite a workout. But on flat spaces it's not bad. Hope to try it out at the Zoo this year since it will fit in the trunk if I pop the top off and flip the handle under - I think. Great buy and I would recommend it.Date published: 2010-01-10Rated 1 out of 5 by Jack Rabbit's Mama from So very disappointed! I am so disappointed! I started “researching” wagons several months ago. I had my heart set on purchasing the Safari Wagon and tag-a-long trailer for my son’s first birthday. I don’t understand why it has been discontinued. While the Canopy Wagon is similar (and still of the great Step 2 quality), it does not have a door and therefore more difficult to enter/exit. Additionally, the tag-a-long trailer is not compatible. To the decision makers at Step 2 ~ Please, please, please bring back the Safari Wagon!!! Soon! Thank you for you time!Date published: 2009-03-13

May I know the packing box size? Cause I will send it by plane.thanks.The packing dimensions for the Canopy Wagon™ are as follows : 40 x 20.5 x 18.75 inchesDate published: 2017-07-19Are the tires on this all terrain. that you can use this on the beach? They are plastic. Very loud on the cement. I saw a guy suggest that you install rubber on the tires, and he gives a tip on how to do it, which is something I will be doing to mine. I have not attempted at the beach yet. When my Wagon Arrived it was all thrown in the box with all parts loose and not packaged correctly or secured in any way. so the tired were bouncing around the box loosely all the way across the country and there were black marks and scratches all over all peices. Looks like I have already owned it for 6 months and it is brand new. If you order anything from this company, I suggest you e-mail prior asking for your items to be secured properly, as all 6 items I have ordered from them have arrived in the same condition. I will not be making any future orders from them. The products themselves are sturdy and long lasting, and I do like them. I am just not happy with the scratches and dents on them upon arrival.Date published: 2018-03-27Can I buy just the canopy and polls ?Please call toll free 1-800-347-8372 Monday - Friday, from 8-5 ET and we will be happy to assist you further with this request.Date published: 2018-03-27
