Customer ReviewsRated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Perfect for toddlers & preschoolers! I'm a Step2 brand ambassador and received the KidAlert Outdoor Boundary Net for my honest review. I'm a bit of a helicopter mom and I've never allowed my kiddos to play in the front yard. Cars go way too fast down our street and I'm nervous about my kids chasing a ball down the street. I put the net (super easy setup) at the end of our driveway and my 2 year old & 5 year old had a physical boundary of where they were allowed to play. It worked great and I was happy to give my kids a bit more independence (as I still secretly hover)! We now enjoy playing with chalk or balls in our driveway and I know that my kids are much safer. The design is cute, durable and functional!Date published: 2016-06-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Love it for setting boundaries and alerting our neighbors. I'm a Step2 brand ambassador and received the KidAlert Outdoor Boundary Net to facilitate a review. We have a KidAlert to let our neighbors know our kids are out and about playing, and I was really excited to try the KidAlert with Outdoor Boundary Net to keep my children a bit more contained in our driveway. The colors are eye-catching which is exactly what you want for a product like this. The only issue we ran into was that the net is only wide enough for single car driveways. I did assemble it to see how it would work, but we couldn't use it in our driveway since it's too wide. We're using this in our yard now to keep the kids away from some new grass that was planted. I could see this working well for parties to keep guests/children out of certain areas.Date published: 2016-07-12Rated 5 out of 5 by Mom of 4 in WV from Great For Keeping My Kids in the Driveaway! My kids love to play outside in our driveway but the people in our neighborhood drive way too fast. I'm always afraid they will dart out into the road at a bad time. The KidAlert Outdoor Boundary Net has worked great to remind them that they can't go beyond our driveway. It's also helps to keep balls from rolling out into the road. We've talked about setting it up in the backyard and playing a kid-size volley ball game with it too! Overall it does just what I want it to do.Date published: 2016-06-14Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Happy, but would love a longer net. I was happy to find this. We have 3 little ones and a large yard, but live on a busy street. I was hoping to use this as a visual aid to help remind them not to get too close to the road. While the idea and actual product are great, the net was not as long as I hoped. If a longer net is made available for purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. Otherwise, set up was easy and we will use it in a different area of the yard.Date published: 2016-12-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great purchase! I love this boundary net. I have two daughters, ages 2 and 4. Before the net, they would run up our driveway and toward the road. I needed something to tell them where they need to stop! This is perfect because now they run up to the net and they understand that that's as far as they are allowed to go, and turn back around. It extends the width of our driveway perfectly.Date published: 2016-09-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Life from Meets our needs perfectly! Our church recently purchased 4 sets of the boundary nets to use in an area of our parking between buildings for our kids to cross and they work perfect! The boundary nets reinforce where the kids are to stay and keeps them from wandering off! Will definitely purchase more products in the future.Date published: 2017-05-09Rated 4 out of 5 by Terra from Yes, i would buy this net again Great product. I just wished it had different sizes nets. We have a 2 car garage so with the net provided, there is no way to stretch it across out driveway.Date published: 2016-12-05Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from great product. Since my driveway is very wide it does not cover the entire space. I am unable to secure it into the ground. The quality of the product is exceptional.Date published: 2016-12-05
Q & A
We just purchased the kid alert net. Was wondering if you made a longer net or could purchase another net. Our driveway is longer than 10ftUnfortunately, we do not offer a longer net for the KidAlert Outdoor Boundary Net™ and we do not offer the net separately.Date published: 2017-09-18
Si it possible to only have a net?Unfortunately, we do not offer the net separately from the KidAlert Outdoor Boundary Net™Date published: 2017-08-14How tall is the net? It's about 2 1/2 feet tall.Date published: 2018-03-27How heavy is one of the green men when filled with sand. Is this easily moveable once filled with sand to setup up and down on a daily basis?Yes. I used sand and put it at tge end of our driveway when the grandkids are here. You can control how heavy they are by how much you put in. You could also use water and only fill until its comfirtable enough to carry. You could even sit a large rock in top of his feet instead.Date published: 2018-03-27Is there an option to connect multiple nets? Our driveway is wider than 10 ft.It's not built for multiple nets.. Maybe it could be connected somehow... I wish is was wider too but it does the job. my neighbors drive too fast and at least the bright yellow caution boys stand outDate published: 2018-03-27
