Great ergonomic poolside lounger!

"This Step 2 Lounger is an excellent ergonomically lovely piece! It is a solid poolside lounger offering a blend of comfort, durability and versatility for anyone looking to relax in or around the pool. It is designed for use on tanning ledges, but can also be used outside of the water. It was very easy to assemble with just 3 steps! I would recommend this product to anyone!"

Difficult assembly. Grows algae. Otherwise nice.

"I used this for the 2024 summer season. I had a lot of trouble putting it together. The screws it came with did not hold. I bought new screws from the hardware store that were longer and they worked. It was definitely annoying to not be able to put it together immediately. Now, at end of season I am pulling it out of the water and finding out that it had been growing algae on the inside. No wonder we were having trouble with the water balance and algae this year when we haven't had that problem for the 3 years prior. My family is now hesitant to reuse it next year. I might use it but not store it in the pool. However, I'm concerned with it being a somewhat flimsy assembly that it might be difficult taking it in and out and draining the water each time."

Great Product!!! Would love arm rests as an option

"Love this lounger!! Have this and the Adirondack pool chair! Only thing that might make it better would be arm rests like on the Adirondack chairs!! May be an idea for the future loungers. 😃"

Neerod99 (4/5)

Poor craftsman ship

"The screw between the top and bottom piece pulls out and leaves a gap. Customer service sent a new piece and it did the same thing as well as the other lounger I bought. Seems it is just not a well thought out design."

Vero 2

"It’s HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money on it!!!!!! It has scratched a brand new in ground pool. It still floats and comes apart . What a Waste of $$$$$$ It’s going in the burn pile!!!!! Frustraded is an understatement!!!!!!"

Awful product

"This is nothing but flimsy pieces of molded plastic that screw together, However, they do not stay screwed together. I really wish I had bought the one piece lounge chairs, but these are actually three separate pieces. Two pieces are supposed to screw together and just sit on top of the base. The problem is they float around, come apart where there are screwed together, And just look cheap and are not comfortable. Will be sending these back. Save your money. These are junk."

Nice idea, just not a good product fit/ design

"We own two of the low chairs and love those on the pool ledge, so thought this would be a nice add. . . the lounger itself has quite a comfortable shape and sits at just the right height to enjoy the pool water. . . but. . . the fit and quality is really lacking compared to the other Vero chairs. The two pieces that go together for the back and the seat are a really bad fit, leaving a gap that flexes quite significantly in use. I don't have much hope that it will hold up without pinching someone or breaking and should probably return it before that happens."

Must have for you pool!

"I purchased two of these for the baja shelf of my recently remodeled pool and they are PERFECT. They are super comfortable for both myself (I am 5'3") and my husband (6'4"). Compared to some of the other options out there, these are a great value and look super stylish. I receive complements on them all the time. They were easy to assemble and the 18lbs of sand you can add to them really help keep them in place!"

Jenn M. (5/5)

Good item

"Even with sand and submerging any jumping or splash will move chair but will not float away"

Eric D. (4/5)

Excellent product

"Great price for product that is 4 times less others. I am not a handyman but managed the drill to assemble. Very comfortable, but added a cushion pad and spa headrest pad."

Q&A

Do you make a riser for this that I can attach to make it a little higher out of the water?
Hello! No, I am sorry but at this time we do not have a riser for the Vero Pool Lounger.
My husband ordered two of these for our pool that was just finished last month and after following all of the directions we still are unable to keep them from floating in the water depth recommended is there any other things you can suggest
Thank you so much for reaching out, and we’re thrilled to hear your Vero Pool Loungers™ are part of your brand-new pool setup! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble keeping them from floating, even after following the instructions. To help with stability, first make sure the loungers are placed on a pool ledge with water no deeper than 9 inches. If the water level rises due to rain or wind, the loungers may begin to float or move, which is expected when water exceeds the recommended depth. Also, if there are any water jets near where you’ve placed the loungers, the moving water can cause them to shift. Placing them in a calmer area of the pool can help prevent this. Another key factor is ensuring the internal weight compartment is filled completely with dry sand. This helps anchor the lounger properly. If it’s underfilled, it may not be heavy enough to stay down. We highly recommend watching our quick YouTube video for helpful guidance: Vero Weight Assembly Tips. https://youtu.be/Ar0H1_W8u-g?si=B9amDzXI4SN1mKJ6 If you’ve tried all of these tips and are still experiencing issues, please feel free to contact our Consumer Service team at 1-800-347-8372.
