This summer, Step2 teamed up with Believe in Dreams, a non-profit organization that was created to help fulfill dreams for children who are economically disadvantaged and have suffered from a non-medical hardship. They provide joy and happiness to kids, giving them hope that things can turn around and get better.
The Step2 family gathered at Sunny Lake in Aurora, Ohio the morning of August 21 to run 5K or walk 2 miles in memory of Stacy DiJulius. Step2’s mission is to bring family together and we did just that on Sunday morning, united as a team with our own families while raising money for children to help fulfill their dreams.
We also discovered that we have a talented group of runners here at Step2. Fifteen of the Step2 family members received medals and 8 placed first in their category!
Of course we couldn’t finish the event without a toy donation! We raffled off some Step2 toys including the new Whisper Ride Cruiser – Red and Whisper Ride Cruiser – Pink.
