My granddaughters ages 1.5 and 4.5 love it as do all their friends. My daughter put it together in about 1.5 hours with a little help from me. It looks pretty snazzy in their yard and appears durable and able to withstand the Denver climate. We are all very happy with the purchase and expect to get many years of enjoyment from it.

My daughter loves it including the door bell and the grill.
Cons: The base separating the house from the section with the grill is too high. My daughter kept tripping over it but she is slowly getting use to stepping over it.
