After looking at a variety of these products I selected this one because of its open design which makes it easier to keep an eye on the kids inside. This product is very easy to put together. Grandparents got it done in no time. Kid loves it! Recommend it highly. Only thing that seems flimsy is the stickers you put on the product.

I bought the playhouse for my daughter for her 2nd birthday. She loves it! She loves pretending to cook food on the stove and pretending to clean her house. I put it inside the house in what used to be the dining area. It is big enough for 2 grown adults and a small child, although not super-comfortable for adults. The bbq cover was broken, but she probably would have broken it at some point anyway. Its so cute when she says,"Playhouse time. Welcome to my playhouse mama!"

Our kids love this playhouse! The BBQ & the bench are a great addition that our 2 1/2 year old loves - the only con is that when friends are over whose kids are not used to playing in it they constantly trip over the lips at the door & side opening. Our old step 2 playhouse was much smaller & had a plastic floor - with this house there is no floor - which is ok but then maybe there should be no lip.

My granddaughters ages 1.5 and 4.5 love it as do all their friends. My daughter put it together in about 1.5 hours with a little help from me. It looks pretty snazzy in their yard and appears durable and able to withstand the Denver climate. We are all very happy with the purchase and expect to get many years of enjoyment from it.
