A culinary playground with six-plus feet of "granite" counter tops, this play kitchen provides a fun play experience that is second to none in features or accessories. Made in USA of US and imported parts. Some accessories and electronics made in China. Foam floor made in Taiwan.
Play Tip: Turn the extra counter space into a shopping counter with a cash register for take-out, or turn the entire kitchen into a “fort” by throwing a blanket over the top of the arches

We bought this as an early christmas present for our daughter and she just loves it. It came with a ton of accessories. I only gave her a few bc I dont want them all lost. My husband had it put together in less than 45 mins. The toughtest part was making sure the decales were straight and lined up properly. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this one as apposed to the other play houses. The price was great [...]

I really like this kitchen (as does my 1-yr old daughter), but similar to other users' comments the assembly was not as represented...I had no problem following the directions but at least a dozen holes needed to be drilled, despite the fact that the instructions indicated holes should have already been there. (There were indentations where the holes SHOULD have been but apparently they were missed in production.) Fortunately I had someone who could drill them for me but, if not, what would someone do? Re-package and ship back 2 huge boxes?? I was very frustrated that based on other user comments[...] it seems this has been a problem for quite a while, but Step2 hasn't done anything to remedy the issue.

This is simply one of the best kitchen sets available for the money. It has every accessory included in the price (food, pots, pans, utensils, condiments, plates, cups, etc.) that so many kitchens do not have and then you have to spend extra on to get them. It is well built, goes together easily with good directions, cleans well and really is great for all ages. My only minor complaints are: 1) wish the metal utensil hooks pushed in like the plastic phone hook, rather than screwed in...as they are easily removed even after screwed in and 2) wish there was a roof so it had a playhouse feel on top of the kitchen feel. Love it and have already recommended it to friends.

The kids love to pretend that they're on the Food Network, and they'll even eat the veggies that they prepare!

This was the perfect Christmas gift for our two year old. Four months later she is still playing with it daily. It wasn't that hard to assemble. I would recommend pre-drilling the holes as screwing through plastic is not the easiest. I love that it came with a TON of accessories. It only comes with one stool, which was a problem with my other kids. So I did have to buy extra stools. It's great for creative play and she loves that she can go in and out and the microwave makes sounds. The biggest negative thing is it's difficult to move when cleaning. The flooring is a little flimsy and you will have to adjust it when moving.
