This product is great! I wanted something other than the traditional brown kitchen as I love being the mother of a daughter so I wanted Pink pink pink! The colors are great and the product is adorable! It was difficult to assemble,( didnt need a drill though), I was trying to use a flathead screwdriver because I couldn't find a phillipshead, which gave me some blisters but I finally found a phillipshead and with a little elbow grease it was a lot easier. So my word of advice, you can use a drill but if you don't have one, make sure you use a phillipshead. I got the product very quickly but it was missing the dinner plates so I called customer service and they were very very friendly, they sent the plates out free of charge and very quickly! No questions asked. I definitely will buy from step2 again!

I purchased this for my daughters 3rd birthday. I was concerned about the heighth with her being tall for her age but it's perfect. She LOVES it! I needed something big enough for her to have room to play yet small enough I'd have some place to put it. I only have 3 complaints. The sink could be bigger. With the doll chair attached at the sink, it makes it even smaller. The second is the doll chair. I mainly purchased this kitchen because of it. What girl doesn't want to cook with her baby? My daughter can put her baby in without a problem but can't get her baby out easily and gets frustrated. I usually have to do it for her. Lastly, putting it together. I did this myself. It wasn't difficult to put together overall but I needed a drill to do it. I wish the instruction book would have mentioned that. Once I got out the drill, it was a piece of cake. Step 2 has AWESOME service! I had planned on getting this one from another store and found out it wasn't available anymore. I paniced because i had 1 week until my daughters birthday. I ordered from Step 2 expecting it to be delivered late. Nope! Once it was shipped, I received it in 2 days. Would I buy this product again? Absolutely. Would I buy directly from Step 2 again? Without a doubt.

I bought this for my daughter. She loves it, and mostly the baby chair, she loves the box, but the unit came with no stickers and no instruction booklet as all the other step 2 products I have bought. I'm taking It back tomorrow, to hopefully get one with the stickers. They're not necessary, but they are cute.
