it was not as I thought. The dimensions were deciving because alot of it was the rim to sit on, making the inside of the sandbox way to small for even an 13 month old to sit in and play.

Overall, a good product - durable. I like the fact that it has built in seats. The only downside I see is that it could be a little larger. Right now, my toddler likes to put virtually every sand toy that he owns in the box!
