Compared to all other houses, the design is very nice: big enough for a toddler. At the sametime not too big so that we could put it inside during the winter for our girl to enjoy it all the year.
Big openings (windows) all around = best thing. It lets you keep an eye on your child all the time, and play with him through the windows.
Other advantage : it has a floor so that it stays cleaner and safer (no insects, small animal...).
Colors really more beautiful compared to all the other houses that are brown / dark red (sad colors!).
Concerning durability and weather resistance, no opinion. We haven't got it enough time to judge.

We like it. It basic and light weight. It is a little flimsier than expected but the kids seem to like it. It was very easy to put together. I like the colors a lot it stay cooler verses other ones with darker colors. Really like that is comes with a floor. The kids love the door bell.

I bought this for my livingroom (during winter)and will move it to the backyard in spring. It is everything I hoped for. My great niece (13 mos.) took right to it. The assembly was easy. I put it together myself. No holes for the screws, but there are depressions that show you where to insert. Delivery was earlier than I expected. Beautiful bright, happy colors.

I have a daycare in my home and this was for the daycare kids. They love it. Ages 1 - 5, also my 3 ages 7 - 10. I find the floor to be very easy to vaccum with the hose. I use indoors so not sure about weather abuse. It is played with all day everyday. I also have one of the slide club houses. Only prblem was putting together the holes are not pre-drilled, and after you put table in it is hard to screw next to the table.
