Game Day Sausage Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 roll breakfast sausage
- 15oz jar of cheese
- 10oz can of tomatoes and chilies (we used mild Ro*Tel)
Pour cheese in slow cooker and turn on low. While the cheese is warming, cook sausage and drain on a paper towel. Drain the can of tomatoes and green chilies and add to the cheese. Then add the sausage. Continue to cook on low until fully heated.
Looking to add a little spice? Try using hot breakfast sausage.
Guacamole Stuffed Tomatoes
Inspired by a recipe from Kokocooks
We followed Kokocooks instructions but made a few modifications. We used Campari tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, bought pre-made guacamole (eliminating the need for mango, garlic, or avocado) and used the melon baller to put the guacamole back into the tomato.
