"While the quality of the mailboxes is great, I am so disappointed that Step2 no longer offers colorful mailboxes. My family has had a green Step2 mailbox at our house for 25 years that matches our shutters, and was a great landmark for telling friends and family where our house was when they would come to visit for the first time. It is now time to retire that old mailbox, and to our dismay, Step2 only has grey and black options. I believe I speak for many others as well when I say I would love to have more color options, and it is disheartening to live in a world that has been stripped of color. It would be wonderful to have another green mailbox to serve my family for the next 25 years."

This is my second MailMaster
"This is my second MailMaster due to a snow plow putting the other out of commission. I was disapointed HomeDepot did not have the mail box and I had to order. The new mail box is a little different than the previous model which made installation a bit more work. The former mail box allowed me to slip over my 4 x 4 post easily. This newer model required me to saw off about 10 inches of my post as it could only handle 24 inches. The former mail box then covered the entire post. The new box has the back of the post exposed so I had to use the back cover."

- What is the warranty on the mailbox? Ours recently cracked on the side below the newspaper slot. So the left lower side facing street and back side facing house. Using tspe right now to hold together. It’s been a great mailbox.
