Amazing & Fun for all ages
"Purchased from someone who bought it 7 years ago. I took it apart myself and then loaded onto my pickup truck myself and then I reinstalled it solo. I’m a 35 year old female. No idea what ppl are complaining about Super easy and amazing how it’s faired through the winter months outside. Hopefully another 7 years with my kids. It’s great because you can attach any swing according to the weight limited specified if you have a child with a disability like I do. The door/door was missing as it’s the main thing to go but it’s still lovely. A++ love it"

"We’re a little confused. My husband got stuck on the swings because there’s a screw he can’t tighten no matter what he does. It’s been sitting in the backyard almost a month and my kids can only climb and slide. And then I read the warning stickers and it says not to place it on grass… where else are you supposed to put an outdoor swing set?"
Resin Cast Parts Don't Fit Well
"The "Made in China" major components' Resin Cast Parts Don't Fit Well, were warped or not properly formed/cast, & it took 4 of use to press & hold the main slide/tower unit 4 sides in place & the top cross bar in order to assemble it. Step 2 needs to do a better quality control with their Chinese made components. Also, the curbside delivery should at least knock on the door or call to say that the boxes have arrived. That was poor service."
Instructions are horrible.
"The instructions are horrible, just photos! You have to observe the photos which are not in great detail. We had to backtrack on several parts to take apart and put back together because of a small part that was missed. Not only that but the slide was a complete nightmare to put on. We watched a YouTube video over and over which wasn't helpful. Now that it is all put together, it is fine. The instructions need to be rewritten with details and photos. It took about 4-5 hours to put together."

- Can this be installed over thick playground flooring? I have 2.5 inch thick playground tiles. How do you drive in the anchors?
- Hello! The anchors will need to be installed into the ground. You may have to remove the playground tile or flooring in the area that the anchors are installed so that they can properly be driven into the ground for the best security.

All products are manufactured and packaged in a complete mold set or as a family. We do not run individual plastic rotational molded pieces or stock extra pieces; therefore, we cannot sell these individually.
