Poor customer support
"Had it shipped to niece but confirmation stayed it was coming to me. I did change shipping address and did not show. When I got confirmation it was being shipped to me. I emailed customer support right away (labor day) asking them to reply so I can give correct address. They were closed so asked me to call next day. They could have held the shipment knowing it was wrong. But they said it already shipped when I called. Most unfriendly user site I have ever encountered."

Just for more accessories I probably would not have bought. It had I known but unfortunately. I'd put it together before I snapped all the accessories up into place. I feel misled"

"Accessories broke within 9 months, not to mention it doesn't come with enough of them to begin with well my 1yr old enjoyed it for season, it will be going to the curb next garbage day. Customer service doesn't offer reasonable replacement parts as shipping cost more then the parts."

Great idea not executed properly
"We thought this toy would be a great idea for my 2 toddlers since they love playing in water. Easy to put together but NOT ENOUGH PIECES. Why advertise This product like you can play on both sides and have enough to everyone when you cant? It’s unfair and Such a rip off! All these companies want to nickel and dime the hell out of everyone. Why not sell the toy as it is suppose to be. You’ll get a great review and it will cause parents to feel like it’s worth it and they aren’t 2nd guessing whether they should purchase it. When that happens you lose another possible sale. This product should b made with enough pieces and already installed. Th toys come out way too easy and now they get lost. Fix this please!!!!"

Good Quality, Needs More Accessories
"This toy is well made, light-weight and brightly colored. My 3 year old granddaughters were very excited at first but quickly got bored. I had separated the pieces to both sides but there really aren't enough to do that. I can make something fun from the pieces on one side but 3 year old twins don't share well. I am disappointed that it didn't come with more accessories. Except for the accessories, this is a good product."
Not impressed
"I bought this for my grandson after seeing many glorious reviews. He is two years and five months old and loves to play with water. Perhaps he is too young or he is playing by himself? He is more interested in seeing the bugs falling into the water and swim than playing with the toy itself. It appears to be sturdy. Hopefully my grandson will be interested in this item some day."
