"I have not received all the parts yet so I cannot rate this product . This set was ordered before Easter."
These sets are great except the steps.
"The swing set are steady but I'm really disappointed about the steps always breaking so easily. I seen many of these playground sets, and most of the time they break so easily. Step2 company, please make them more sturdy and improve their durability so they don’t break this easily. I also ordered two sets of canopy for my set, they got a problem. So when I complained to company and they emailed me that, they would send me a new canopy just contact number that they send to me. But I tried many times and no response since July 2024."

- How to get a replacement ladder part. Mine is now cracked from wear and tear.
