"While we like our new Lakewood rain barrel it has a spigot issue. We’re not sure what the problem is! Step 2 sent us a replacement barrel & spigot since the first one would not screw in flush to the barrel. Well, the second spigot doesn’t either. So do we use it “as is” and hope the spigot works ok and doesn’t leak? I’m not sure what we’re going to do. We won’t know if it’ll leak until after we’ve had a good rain. Ugh. :cloud_with_rain:️"

"Spigot doesn’t screw in properly. I was sent a replacement but it had the same issue which means it’s a problem with the actual piece connected to the barrel. Top part with the screen doesn’t sit flush against the top of the barrel. Otherwise it’s good quality, great capacity, and I really like the stand."

"Although it's a little more expensive than some other models out there, it is definitely worth it! It has a flat back, comes with a pedestal and has a heavy brass faucet. I expect this to last many seasons! So far so good! I just had to buy a diverter kit to make it work for us."
