Can these be used inside the pool on a shallow pool sun shelf? I saw that the screws might rust?

It can be used on a shallow pool sun shelf, but please note it may float if not weighted down by someone sitting in it. We don’t recommend leaving it unattended in the water.
How does the flip seat work in hit weather . I live in the desert and it gets pretty hot here .Can it get to hit to use
