I received the wrong extension
"I received the wrong extension track for my roller coaster. It was my fault that I chose the wrong one, but ordered it at the same time as the roller coaster so One would think step two would notice that the two products don’t work with each other. Instead, they accepted the return with my expense to return it and the shipping cost more than the value of the extension set. I will not be ordering from step2 again as I feel like this was very poor customer service."
