"His product is just as described. It was so easy to put together too. I’m small and not mighty (haha) and put it together in about half an hour by myself. My 1 year old loves it and can use it easily. It did arrive in a super messed up box, like it was hanging out and the delivery person couldn’t even carry it by the box, but the product was just fine inside."

"We are happy with the climber, just unhappy with customer service at Step2. I emailed them because we need replacement screws (my husband took it apart to store it, and the screws got lost). Unfortunately my husband passed away and I can't find proper screws to assemble for my grandchildren. I emailed but got a generic response which didn't help me. I have called many times and spent up to 30 minutes each call waiting for customer service person to answer. I have never gotten through to anyone. All I need is to purchase 4 proper size screws.
