Worth it

"Order came in fast, my daughter loves the playground set. My only issue was the instructions were not in English, the instructions listed the parts with letters to build but the parts themselves had no letters so the building process was annoying and a bit difficult to do had to guess which piece was witch by the pictures. Hardware as well was not listed as the instructions listed everything was in a bag mixed together. But ended up using a YouTube video from another buyer to build it made it 100 times easier."

Great product! We bought one

"Great product! We bought one 8 years ago for our older granddaughters and they played on it for years. When they were too old for it, it was still in such good condition that it was passed to another family. We just bought another one for our youngest granddaughter and she loves it and so do her little friends. It was a hit at her birthday party."

Instructions were a bit confusing

"Instructions were a bit confusing at times but overall a great playset for my child. Would recommend it to any parent with young children."

Size of boxes and delivery

"The giant boxes need some type of handle, to deal with. Delivery service was marginal. Just dumped boxes and said, "I gotta go. " Instructions were poor and inaccurate. Had to watch YouTube video."

Delivery Failures and Poor Assembly Instructions

"I am very disappointed with my experience purchasing this clubhouse. A delivery window was confirmed, and based on that I scheduled and paid someone to be at my home to receive and assemble the item. The delivery was then missed, and I received conflicting information afterward. I was incorrectly told I had rescheduled, and later informed the shipment had been routed to the wrong facility. This resulted in multiple delays, wasted time, and out of pocket expenses. Communication between Step2 and the freight carrier was inconsistent, making it difficult to plan or trust the delivery timeline. Additionally, the assembly instructions are not as clear as expected for a product at this price point. Clearer step-by step guidance would make assembly much easier. I chose this product because of Step2’s reputation, so this experience has been frustrating. I am hoping customer service can help resolve the delivery issues and reimbursement for the costs I incurred due to the missed delivery."

Good playground for toddler instructions

"Good playground for toddler instructions are not the best but you can definitely figure it out by looking for online picture. A bolt was already stripped when product was recived so we just assbled without it. But that’s shouldn’t happen whe paying 1200 for a plastic playset"

Broken pieces

"I was very excited to put this together for my son for his birthday. It arrived with two pieces broken and not usable. A replacement for the large tower piece was supposed to be sent, the wrong piece arrived. Paid over $1000, not cool. I put it together anyways with both broken pieces, hopefully it doesn’t collect water! My son is still enjoying it."
