"It’s a quality end product, but our version had some serious design flaws which made it very challenging to assemble. There were several areas that required a power drill and/or a box cutter in order to attach. Also, the stove top has no apparent way to turn off. It took 3 adults two hours to assemble. Buyer beware or pay for it to be pre assembled."
"We love this kitchen, it’s the perfect size (we had a bigger Step2 one we sold when moving) and I was nervous it would be too small for my almost 4 year old - but it’s not. He’s thrilled with it and my son’s friend who is 7 also has played on it a bunch since we got it too. Must have a drill to put together."

"Great little kitchen set. Need to order food set as it doesn’t come with the set. Wish it had a few more “noise” items and lights for the different areas. Sturdy construction- lots of screws. Make sure you have a drill just in case!"
"My twins love the kitchen and all the doors they can open and close. The only reason I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the oven door continues to fall open and doesn’t stay closed. We added a small magnet to keep it closed and that solved our problem."

"It can very easily tip over it should be tethered to the wall, what makes it extra dangerous is the oven door does not shut making it a great place to stand and climb, not sure if I'm comfortable with my little one having this"

Great quality and gender-neutral colors // the only reason I didnt give it a 5 rating was because none of the holes are pre-cut which makes assembly a tad harder. . . . but in the end, the product is awesome !!"
"Overall, this is a the perfect play kitchen for us. It’s what I would consider medium sized but very affordable for what you get. I personally like the look of it for our house. It’s very cute and modern. My son loves all the doors to open and close with the cabinets, oven, microwave, and fridge, the see through doors on the oven and fridge are also a cute touch rather than stickers of food. Everything is assembled nicely. It was missing a few hooks for the utensils, but Step2 quickly shipped the missing parts. The stove makes cute sounds for the pots and pans and the water faucet has a spring loaded handle that you can pull down and it pops back up. My son loves it and it’s just the perfect size. Not too small. Not too big. It is also fairly sturdy and stable too."
