"Daughter broke leg while climbing up the ladder. Shoe got caught and she has a spiral fracture. The height of the ladder is perfect, but the rungs are too close together."

18 mo old loves slide, but slide developed crack
"Purchased the Lookout Treehouse for my first grandson, who is 18 months old. The stairs and platform are perfectly designed for toddlers. The problem we have encountered is in the development of a crack in the slide along the upper left-hand side. I would best describe it as a weak point in the plastic molding. We presently have it covered with duct tape, but for something so expensive, this should not have occurred from a 26-28 pound toddler. Hopefully, a replacement slide will be sent."
Terrible after-sales costumer service
"The product is Ok. What is not Ok is the terrible after-sales costumer service. I bought everything online, so I didn't have contact with sales people then. Once I made the payment, I needed assistance to get a document in order to export the product to my country of origin so I tried reaching out by phone and email. Not only they were rood, but they stoped replying emails and were totally unhelpful."
Water gets stuck inside
"Don’t buy this if you plan to keep it outside. I’m outside my 30 days and can’t return to store but it’s been less than 6 months and there’s water inside the playground and I can’t get it out ! There are 3 low spots on the the walkway thing and only 1 low spot has a drainage hole even if you shake it the water won’t get out, if I were to get a replacement I would just keep it indoors. It seems like the seams weren’t all molded shut and water gets inside easily. Defect?"

"I think it would have been better to purchase this product when my son was 18 months as opposed to 2 years old. He can't stand up all the way when he reaches the top (and my child is not tall for his age). I don't think it was worth the money."

"The treehouse is a good size but the stairs are a little steep. I wish they were on a bit more of an angle so my son could climb them easier."
Good purchase
"It is easy to put together and sturdy. The only thing I would alter is the height of the red roof. My grandchild is a small 18 month old and he can't stand up under the roof. I understand that the low roof is probably for safety purposes and he doesn't really care. It did take me several days to finally put the roof on."
