"My grandson has had this for a year and still loves it. He is 2 1/2 years old."
"The kids Absolutely LOVE it"
"This is not worth the money terrible quality Handle breaks very easy. Thin sharp plastic. The cost to return is is just as much as the item cost. They advertise EASY returns. What a joke!!"
"Love it!"
"My kids are obsessed. We set it up about a month ago and it still gets used every single day with no signs of slowing down. I do wish, though, that it came with a few more of the soft plastic balls!"
"My two-year-old loves the table, the only downfall is the handle to crank the escalator will not stay on. It falls off almost every time he plays with it."
"My 7 yr old with Autism loves it. Its small for him while standing so he sits on the ground or in a chair but he loves it!"
"Cute idea and smaller footprint is what led me to buy this table for a crew of 4 littles (under 1 - 3 yo) The basic design is cute and ball run is fun but. . . the crank, pulley, belt system is so poorly made as to make it dangerous. One small item is screwed to the base but everything else uses simple and flimsy plastic flange attachments - the harness piece for the pulley/belt assembly AND the pulley/belt assembly! Nothing was sturdy enough for the adult who built it, let alone a group of children. Hand crank is also attached with flimsy plastic friction mount. None of these components fit well enough together to allow for easy use of belt system in any way. Had to remove this entire assembly to make table safe enough for the 2+ year old recommendation that Step2 put online and on the box. I have loved Step2 products for years. My own children grew up with them; we have multiple kitchens, tool benches, sandboxes, other water tables, multiple pieces from the Naturally Playful outdoor series. Love that one can purchase replacement parts for old or pre-loved toys, and Customer Service has always been great. However. . . . this product is a serious miss for Step2. I would return it but it was out of the box and built before I discovered the problems - the bad pulley system is, of course, the last thing that gets attached. I am so surprised and very, very disappointed."
"I have found they love taking the balls from the table and also love climbing up and sitting in it. It is very sturdy. Little people never use the table exactly as intended and this is holding up under their unique use of it. The ball flipper is the only down side as it is not fixed to the table and pops out when used but it is the only down side I have found."
"My boy just got this and loves the ball run. But the toy came with a broken conveyer belt system. The crank doesn’t catch properly and belt it too ridged that cranking it strips the plastic. This part is pretty poorly designed imo. Going to try and get a replacement or return for refund."
