"I am very happy with my Step2 slide, but it did take quite an effort to get it installed. Some suggestions: 1) Read the instructions very carefully 2) Be very careful to measure and drill the anchors EXACTLY where they need to be. I am 78 and weigh about 170# and have gone down it. . . hit the bottom with my feet. My 4 year old granddaughter went down it (reluctantly at first due to how high I mounted it), but loves it now. Watch the video. . . The thing I was most worried about proved to be a non-issue. . . neither the slide nor the railings get hot in the Arizona 100+ degree sun. . . don't know how Step2 does that!"

Does this slide need to be bonded?
Hello! We are unsure what you mean by bonding the slide. The Vero Pool Slide does need to be anchored into concrete with the provided hardware and bolts to ensure it won't move while in use. Hello! The slide must be secured to concrete with 3 bolts to ensure it won’t move while in use. We provide the needed concrete anchors, concrete drill bit and hardware to secure the slide. The slide is also designed for inground pools only.
