"We got this and it came in a few pieces. You had to screw the pieces together. Relatively easy setup. I like how it makes us close to the pool. Feels like an Adirondack chair but a little nicer poolside so I can be close to the action. If you are tall enough your feet can go in the pool! If you have a sundeck it can also go on the sundeck in the pool. We tried using it in the pool but we are not tall enough so do not attempt unless you have the sundeck in the pool! I love the sand compartment that keeps it weighted down to the ground. However, build it where yoy want it. It was a little annoying to move it from the garage where we built it to the pool."

Good seating for Baja shelf

"We love this chair for our pool’s baja shelf. In the picture the water is about 11. 5 inches high. It isn’t overly weighted so it seems safe for our vinyl liner. However, we have a pool cover we put on at night so taking the chair out is a two man job because of the weight of the chair with the sand and water that fills in the chair when it goes in."

Great chair - will be perfect for pool or campfire

"This is a nice Adirondack chair. It is not as comfortable as it looks, but it is okay. It was more complicated to assemble than I anticipated and it required screwdrivers and a drill. It also required sand to put in the bottom to weigh it down. It took a good half hour to put together. Overall, I think it will be a good chair and will hold up well. Perfect for sitting by the pool or the campfire!"

"We bought this chair for our pool but it was so pretty and comfortable we immediately moved it out onto our dock. It is sturdy, comfortable, easy to clean and very attractive. I have already had two neighbors on the lake ask me about this chair. I spent several hours just relaxing and watching the kids play in the water on it and it was perfect. This was a great purchase!"

Perfect height chair for tanning ledge!

"I’m very happy with my Vero Adirondack Chair in Dune. Assembly was relatively easy, and the chair is incredibly comfortable and roomy. It’s the perfect height for the tanning ledge in my pool, making it a great place to relax and cool off. I also love the Dune color—it does a great job of hiding dirt and sunscreen residue, so it continues to look clean even with regular use. The only downside is that I have to remove the chair from the pool every night before closing my automatic pool cover, since the cover can't close with the chair in the water. It’s a minor inconvenience, but something to keep in mind if you have an automatic cover. Overall, I’m very pleased with this chair and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, attractive in-pool Adirondack chair."

What is the height of the actual seat at its lowest point? I’m wondering how high it keeps your body from the water.
The lowest part of the seat on the Vero Adirondack Chair is approximately 9.3 inches from the ground/pool shelf. This is approximately where the water would begin to come onto the seat, depending on the water depth.

Is the hardware stainless steel?
Hello! The screws and washers are 18-8 grade stainless steel and bolts that are 304 grade stainless steel which are both rated excellent for corrosion resistance.
My water depth is about 12-13 inches deep: could I use these loungers or would they float too much?
Thanks for your question! The Vero Adirondack Chair is best used in water up to 9 inches deep or around the pool's perimeter. Since your pool or ledge is 12–13 inches deep, the chair may float.
Is this safe for a vinyl liner pool
