"The box came destroyed, wide open. Had it delivered directly from Step2 to my daughter for my granddaughter. It needs to be returned and she's not getting the needed assistance. I guess going forward I'll go thru Amazon to get the kind of service you'd expect when things don't go as expected."

"This company needs to give there quality check a serious training. Unbelievable, with that many reviews alredy stating missing parts in brand new water tables they purchased. I am so disappointed that I didn't read these reviews before purchasing their product for my kid. Yes, I am also the one of many that purchased step2 double splash water table, ridiculously high priced, wanted 2 weeks for delivery from local retailer and only to find out half way through the assembly that i am missing not 1 but 5 different parts. How frustrating it is for a kid waiting to play with the newly bought summer toy. Explain that to a 2. 5 yr old. Even unreasonable when I contacted step 2 and after providing recipe proof they said we will ship the parts as soon as we can?? What does that even mean, you should be shipping I'm priority as it's shouldn't have even happened in the first place. Never again. . I am buying any of their products again since they simply can't seem to get their shirt together."
"Great water table! High quality and sturdy. Fairly easy to assemble. Took approximately 30 minutes to assemble. Note, you will need a long screw driver to assemble. Kids really loved playing with it, even my 7 year old. They particularly liked the waterfall. Comes with lots of toys. Received this in January so set up in our heated garage. It was a really fun break in the cold weather. Will be easy to move around in the spring."
