"A climber for 3 kids, 2 to 7, needs to be sturdy and ready for attack from all sides. This one meets the challenge. A mallet was used to make assembly easier."
good product, poor customer service
"We are happy with the climber, just unhappy with customer service at Step2. I emailed them because we need replacement screws (my husband took it apart to store it, and the screws got lost). Unfortunately my husband passed away and I can't find proper screws to assemble for my grandchildren. I emailed but got a generic response which didn't help me. I have called many times and spent up to 30 minutes each call waiting for customer service person to answer. I have never gotten through to anyone. All I need is to purchase 4 proper size screws. Meanwhile my expensive climber is useless. Chris M"

We love the step2 activity climber!
"We got this for our very active one year old and he LOVES it. He is able to safely climb up the climbing wall (independently) and slide down the slide. He also loves to crawl under and use the basketball hoop. Provides endless fun!"

So disappointed
"We own several Step 2 products, but I have to say that I do not recommend this one. I read the dimensions and the recommended age before purchasing for my sons 2nd birthday. I thought it was going to be perfect, but were so disappointed when we put it together. It was much smaller than we have thought and the bottom piece does not stay in place. When on the climber, if my son leans too far to one side, it easily tips. I also have no idea how it can be used all the way to 6 years of age. He will definitely out grow this way before then. Plan to continue to purchase Step 2 products, but highly recommend passing over this one."
