"3. 5 Stars. Once finished, it is great and my toddler loves it. The directions are a bit challenging to follow as they’re pictures only - kind of like IKEA. The quality control on some pieces was very off in that holes between some pieces were not lining up or holes not fully punched out in others. This lead to having to get creative and use a power drill to bore out more material so the bolts could pass through. My FIL and I are both hands on and this took us 4. 5 hours to build, which would probably been around 3-3. 5 if not for the quality issues. Good first player though."

Poor instructions and detail workmanship
"The instructions were the worst! Steps were missed or out of order. Inserting of hardware and swing pole through holes required a heavy hammer because of numerous wrongfully drilled holes. We had to assemble and disassemble because of confusing black and white pictures. I had to drill at least half the holes for bolt receptacles. The bracket screws were extremely hard get to as well. This should have been a max 2 hour installation. The final was acceptable quality."

The swingset is great but
"The swingset is great but the assembly was a nightmare and we had to buy all new hardware because the hardware they sent with it didn’t work. Also the brackets were not shaped properly."

Good product
"Arrived missing part two parts, parts R. Company did immediately send the parts via Fed ex with no cost to me. The instructions had limited words and not the best. However, you got the gist. You do have to screw a long screw in at a 90 degree angle with little room. Important to make sure you have the correct tool for that. Once, it was actually put together it is great. Perfect for 3 year olds."

Columpios muy altos 😔

Wonderful gym set
"We bought this for my granddaughter when she was about 3 years old, and she will be 13 next month! It still looks new and all 5 of our grandchildren have had fun on this gym set! We live in Michigan and have some pretty rough winters, and it is still in like new shape. We switch out one of the swings for a baby swing and have had to replace one of the swings due to wear, but overall it's been great! Little pricier now than years ago, but it's still worth it. I would recommend using the anchors as the kids get bigger so it doesn't lift up while swinging. Very happy with this purchase."

A little difficult to put together
"A little difficult to put together. Definitely requires 2 people (at least) to put together. Some bolts were very difficult to put in because of the space allowed. However we think our two year old grandson I love it."
