"Had it delivered to my granddaughter it didn’t have the 13 piece accessories with it which is why I ordered it as she is obsessed with little ponies , was so disappointed it was t there for her to enjoy on her birthday , submitted request for missing parts but was told it would be 2 weeks for it to be sent and they will send it to me in Arizona which means I’ll have to send it at my cost to Ohio"
Can't even assemble it!
"I can only give this water table one star due to not being able to assemble it. When first opening it, I noticed the unicorns were missing along with screws and instructions for assembly. I contacted Step2 (it took several calls since I had put on hold a few times where I couldn't wait on the phone 15+ minute) and they asked which parts I was missing. I thought it was just the screws, the unicorn accessories, and the instructions. I was wrong. Apparently we are missing a leg to the table, which I didn't know since I don't have printed instructions. The rep emailed me a link to the online instructions, but that only loads halfway so the pictures are missing, rendering them useless. I will attempt to contact Step2 one more time for another missing part and printed instructions, but this has become ridiculous."

Sturdy product, cheap accessories
"I really like this product. It’s sturdy and stable enough for my 1 y/o to pull herself up on and stand at. It’s also tall and entertaining enough for my 3 y/o son to play with. However, the accessories don’t stay connected to the table at all. And the unicorns have holes in the bottom of them! Which means they will eventually mold and need to be tossed… which is upsetting."
