"The product was good once in was put together however assembly was extremally difficult! No clear directions and parts missing."
"had this one week and my kids are enjoying the climber, well made, good quality"
"I bought this product over a month ago and it’s still not together! There were missing pieces and I’ve had to contact Step2 multiple times. Each time I have to wait a week for the piece to be delivered. I’ve been sent the wrong pieces or only one when they were supposed to send two of the same piece. It’s so disappointing that such an expensive product has been so complicated to put together. Even more disappointing that this was a birthday gift and my son has yet to still be able to use it. Hopefully this week I get the final missing piece and my son can finally use it."
"My husband put this together. He only complained the instructions and pieces did not match, but he’s a handy man so he was able to assemble without any issues."
"This gift was the highlight of Christmas for my 4 year old grandson."
"takes awhile to put together but well worth it. About 2 hours"
"Needs grips for certain kids, especially to come down. Also wish accessories could be attached such as a sliding board or rope for added play"
"I purchased for a preschool playground. The kids love it and it is great for 3, 4 and 5 year olds."
"This play structure is sturdy and fun. My four year old got the hang of it quickly. It's nice that the sides have differently spaced holes/handles. Some are too far a stretch for him now, but he'll be able to conquer with a few more inches on him. Overall, assembly was reasonably easy. I completed about 85% of it before my husband was able to help me. It took about 2-2. 5 hours total. Probably the most frustrating part of assembly was sorting the hardware, as there is seemingly no rhyme or reason to what is bagged together."
