Perfect chairs for my sun shelf!

"These are great, substantial chairs. They were a cinch to put together (though I’d have an electric drill handy to make it very easy). When I first built my pool, I opted for the lounger type chair but didn’t really enjoy it as there was really only way to sit in it and my bottom would often get wet. With this style chair, you can enjoy the sun on a comfortable chair while your feet are in the pool. And it’s an easy out to jump right in. I would definitely recommend these chairs."

Perfect Poolside Setup!

"I couldn’t be happier with the Step2 Two Vero Pool Adirondack Chairs and Pool Shade Table Bundle! The chairs are super sturdy, comfortable, and have that classic Adirondack look with a modern twist. They’re made of durable plastic that holds up well to the sun and water—no fading, warping, or peeling so far, even after being outside for weeks. The matching table with the built-in umbrella is a total game-changer. It provides just the right amount of shade for relaxing, snacking, or sipping drinks by the pool. It’s also kid-friendly, lightweight but stable, and super easy to clean. Assembly was a breeze, and the whole set looks fantastic on our pool deck. It’s the perfect combination of style, function, and durability. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their backyard or poolside lounging space!"

Stylish & Walley-Friendly

"I’m so glad I chose the same company I entrusted with many of my childrens’ toys to also furnish our all-ages backyard santuary. These chairs are a beautiful, sleek, wallet-friendly, and functional addition to our new small pool. Easy to build (though step 1b was a tad confusing) and takes up little room on our small Baja shelf. I wish it had cupholders built into the arms but this does not detract from why I bought it and my overall rating. I purchased via a third party but wanted to ensure I left my positive review on the manufacturer’s site. Well done, Step2!"

Perfect Patio/Pool Chair!

"The Vero Adirondack chair is another great Step2 product and exceeded my expectations! It is very versatile and can be used on the Baja shelf or patio area. We had a pool party over the weekend and guests of various sizes and weights were drawn to the chair and loved it! Assembly was straightforward, just be sure to have a drill at the ready for a couple steps of the install. Looking forward to using this chair throughout pool season while my son plays on our Baja shelf as well as outside of the pool year round. Note: During install I could not find the weighted compartment sand cap top. I found it in a bottom box flap, it must have shifted during shipping. Just sharing in case anyone runs into the same issue to save a call for a replacement."

Comfortable oversized chair for all heights

"This Adirondack chair was very easy to assemble and only takes one person. It is fairly lightweight and easy to manage, even though it is bulky. I was able to lower the chair onto our baja step by myself and remove it, with the sand box attached. It is easiest to remove if you pull the back of the chair out first and let it sit on the pool ledge for a minute to drain and then pull the rest of the chair out. At first, this chair would not sink to the bottom, but I filled the sand box up all the way to the top and it sunk. This chair is oversized and curves perfectly at the back and legs. The high back fits varying heights (4ft-6ft) comfortably and even the tallest of us can rest their head. The arm rests are great while sitting in the pool, however, a cup holder would be a nice addition. It has smooth edges and stays put where it is placed. This chair is perfect for a baja step and will be used all summer long. It's a great addition to our pool."

Q&A

How can I get replacement hardware kit
Hi Lynn! You can contact our Consumer Service team here regarding a replacement hardware kit for your Vero Adirondack Chair: https://www.step2.com/pages/contact-us
Is the hardware stainless steel?
Hello! The screws and washers are 18-8 grade stainless steel and bolts that are 304 grade stainless steel which are both rated excellent for corrosion resistance.
My water depth is about 12-13 inches deep: could I use these loungers or would they float too much?
Thanks for your question! The Vero Adirondack Chair is best used in water up to 9 inches deep or around the pool's perimeter. Since your pool or ledge is 12–13 inches deep, the chair may float.
Is this safe for a vinyl liner pool
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question about using the Vero Pool Lounger or Chair in pools with liners! Our loungers and chairs can be used in all pool types. However, we do recommend using caution when placing them in a pool with a liner. Excessive sliding of the chair on the pool surface could cause scratches and/or discoloration to the liner. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, we're always happy to help! Kind Regards,
Can use use water instead of sand to weigh down the chair. I’m afraid of sand in the pool. We live in Florida. No chance of it freezing
Hello, the weight is designed to hold sand. The additional added weight of the sand helps with buoyancy so that lounger won't drift or float. Depending on your pool depth and pool conditions you may find you don't need the additional weight. You can always add it later if your lounger drifts or floats without it.
