Stylish Pool Upgrade
"I recently received the Step 2 Lounger Loveseat for my pool, and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The design is sleek and modern, giving my pool area a luxurious upgrade akin to a high-end hotel. One of the standout features is the armrest between the two seats, which adds to the comfort and convenience of lounging by the pool. The level of the seat allows for water to gently touch without feeling soaked, perfect for relaxing without worrying about getting drenched. However, there are a few minor flaws that prevent me from giving it a full five stars. Upon arrival, I noticed a stain, seemingly from manufacturing, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the material does tend to stain easily, although it does come off relatively easily too. My main concern is the long-term durability, as I worry that some stains may become stubborn over time. Assembling the lounger was a bit tricky, especially since the holes weren't predrilled. Lastly, I think the packaging could be improved to prevent scratches during transit. Perhaps adding foam or better cushioning would help protect the edges and prevent damage. Despite these minor issues that can be simply fixed, I'm still happy with the product and would highly recommend the Step 2 Lounger Loveseat to anyone looking to enhance their poolside experience. In fact, I've already recommended it to friends who have been impressed and are considering getting one for themselves. Overall, a great addition to any pool area."

Great in-pool seating
"Our pool is still pretty new. I've been wanting a lounger to go on the tanning ledge since before it was finished. The Vero Lounger is perfect for our needs. It was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions suggest 2 people, but I'm impatient and didn't want to wait on my husband. I was able to assemble it myself in less than 30 minutes. I assembled it in the grass to keep from scratching it up. It helps a lot if you have a powered drill/screwdriver. The instructions are fairly clear, but you really have to look at the pictures to figure out where a couple of the screws go since there are no pilot holes for them. Once you get the right spot, the holes tapped pretty easily without being predrilled. Other than that, it went together great. I did not use the optional weight (you fill with sand) as it doesn't seem to need it on my ledge. Right now, our ledge is about 4-5" deep and the unit is not floating at all. It looks really nice in the pool. For me, I like that it sits a little higher so your bottom isn't in the water (just my preference). I can easily splash some water from the side if need be. If your ledge is just a couple inches deeper, it is likely to be submerged. It is pretty comfortable to sit in. The materials feel sturdy, same as the kid's Step2 products. The armrest is fairly wide, so it is easily shared or can be used to hold things, like drinks. Pretty sure, with the addition of an umbrella, this will be my spot for the summer. I look forward to seeing how this unit holds up over the summer."

Summer Ready
"I was excited to find a lounger that fit on our tanning ledge in our pool. The lounger is a sleek design that is perfect for tanning in the sun. It is very comfortable to sit in a perfectly reclined position. I’m excited to sit by the pool in the all summer long. Even my very tall husband finds this very comfortable to sit in with the added bonus of an arm rest between us."

Definitely recommend!
"This is a sturdy, premium lounger. It's long and fits adults comfortably. The design is ergonomic, hence making the lounging experience comfortable. It's made of a hard plastic, so it doesn't absorb water or stains. Easy to wipe clean. Easy to move lounger to other locations around the pool too. Quite comfortable to lounge in. There was some difficulty attaching the blunt end screw into the threaded insert (picture attached), but that was the only difficult part to work through. The rest of the assembly is easy."

Best bang for your buck lounger!
"Very impressed with the quality of this lounger! I heard Step2 had improved upon the White color with this new loveseat lounger and was surprised how noticeably better it looks. The unit was very easy to assemble, just be mindful not to cross-thread the bolts. I did find using a drill for the screws made it very easy and no pilot holes needed. I also like the new addition of being able to add sand to help keep the seat stationary. My only criticism is that it is a bit cramped widthwise for 2 adults. Other than that, we can't wait to use it once the weather warms up enough!"

Difficult assembly, yet amazing product!
"My family has been looking for a pool lounger for our tanning deck area. The Vero Lounger Loveseat™ will be the perfect addition to our summertime fun. I agree with some other reviewers that this item is complicated to assemble. The lack of predrilled holes in the plastic is frustrating. I think it would also have made assembly time faster and the product more durable if those steps had been taken during product production. The sleek design and lines make it beautiful, functional, and comfortable. I also find it a plus that it is easy to clean because I see sunscreen and popsicle residue in the future."

Affordable Luxury
"Great product for the price. Assemble on its side for ease. A drill, Philips and large flat head (item L) are needed for assembly. Perfectly placed hand grips for ease in moving in and out of the pool. Recline angle is nice and overall lounger is very comfortable. Added versatility with sand option for weight."

Sturdy waterproof pool lounger
"This pool lounger is made of great material (typical of Step 2 if you are familiar) to be on the tanning ledge or poolside. It very comfortably fits 2 adults although my kids also love climbing into it. It is big and heavy so not the easiest to move around. The arm rest is also comfortable and wide enough to set a drink. A drink holder would have been the cherry on top. It comes in a big box and needs to be put together which took about a half hour."

Great Potential for excellent product.
"Was super excited for this to finally arrive, regardless of shipping issues. However, upon trying to assemble, there are no “pre-drilled” holes in section J. I would have to cut my own holes into the plastic to attach K with the two G screws. If I drill incorrectly or plastic breaks during that, it will affect the stability of this product and also void the warranty for return. This is the arm rest piece, so stability is key. I’m so disappointed. If the holes were pre drilled as expected, this product would be easily assembled and in no time at all. I assembled the rest of the lounger, without screwing the arm rest, where the issue is, just so I could get a feel for the full look and comfort. This lounger would be ideal for our family. We can have two people, relax comfortably in water and still have enough room on the splash pad/tanning area for kids to play. The arm rest is such a plus! This lounger works better than two individual loungers for us for exactly those reasons, since it saves us valuable space on our pad area! It also would be great outside of pool. Comfortable and easy to clean!"

Amazing seat!
"I’m absolutely loving this loveseat from Step2! The assembly was a breeze, only a few pieces to put together and everything is extremely durable. It’s a great size for two adults to sit comfortable and a nice and big arm rest arm rest in the middle to share. The styling is modern and minimalistic and looks as nice as any high end chair you could find but is a much better value! It’s perfect for relaxing in your sundeck but it would also be great to use on your pool deck or even in your yard if you don’t have a pool. I’ve always been pleased with Step2 products and this is just another item to add to the list of their products that I would recommend."
