Almost perfect, except for the cap nuts

"This climber is AMAZING, my 17 month old daughter instantly LOVED it. The only negative, and reason for the 4 starts instead of 5 is the holes meant to fit the cap screws snuggly are to large and make it impossible to get the necessary resistance using the ratchet. We had to use needle nose pliers to hold the nyts in place. It took 2 of us and a LOT more time and patience than should be necessary. The rest of the assembly was a breeze and we still highly recommend the product. Just make sure your patience level is high for assembly."

ASTM 1487 certification Do any of these meet this requirement?
Hi Carrie! Step2 climbers, swing sets, and similar products are designed for residential use only and comply with the ASTM F1148 standard for backyard residential play equipment. They are not designed to meet or comply with ASTM F1487, which is the standard for public/commercial playground equipment. For this reason, our products are covered by a 3-year warranty for residential use, while use in daycare or other public settings is covered for 6 months.
