The brim of the hat can break creating a small part causing a potential choking hazard. Only hats manufactured in December 2023 and April 2024 are affected. Please inspect the snowman hat (see pictures below). If the snowman hat has a date code combination of “12” & “23” or “4” & “24”, immediately stop using the snowman and complete the form below to receive a replacement hat, or call Step2 toll free at 800-347-8372 between 8 am and 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.
