Hours of fun! Durable and easy to play with
"This product is certainly one of my sons favorites! He is 3 and lovessss to pretend to fix everything using his workshop. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the water changing color house that comes with it that can be “painted”. This is probably my sons favorite part about it lol. Perhaps an idea for a future toy would be a paint shop dedicated to no-mess water paint toys such as this haha. Anyway, all the tools have been quite durable except for the paint brushes which broke after just a couple uses, however easily replaced with some foam paint brushes from the dollar store so it’s really no bother. All and all, I highly recommend this workshop!"

"Our toddler loves this product and hasn't stopped playing with it. It was fairly easy to assemble and has a lot of options for play. One thing I found strange is the drill comes with 2 bits that don't lock in (not sure if they are sized wrong or that was the design) they look like they should pop in but they are too big so you have to hold them on while you're getting your screws in place. Everything else was wonderful"
Great product, instructions lacking
"We bought the Big Builders Pro Workshop for our grandson and it’s a big hit. Well designed and comes with a number of tools & features. Would have given this product 5 stars were it not for very poor instructions that made assembly very challenging. Tried You Tube videos and there was nothing there that helped. We got thru it and our grandson absolutely loves his Big Builders Pro Workshop!"
Excited at first, now disappointed
"We bought this as a Christmas gift for our tinkering/building-loving daughter and we were so excited for her to begin playing. Overall it’s a good size and comes with some neat ideas. However, execution is absolutely poor. The sprayer bottle that is stated to help you “paint” the bird house never worked. Contact customer service and did receive a new one, again not working. I contacted them again and they stated it’s not meant to actually work because it’s just an accessory. I would rather it not be included if it doesn’t actually do what it’s intended to do. I inquired in chat about this and was given this answer and then immediately was told they have to end the chat and disconnected from me. I knew the items that were included with the product, but for the price it seems there does need to be a bit more. I have always loved Step2 products, but this one has let us down."
