I ordered the up down roller coaster for our two year old daughter on the 21st of December with the understanding that it would not arrive in time for Christmas (everywhere was sold out. I mean EVERYWHERE. ) I knew that my daughter would love the coaster just the same if it arrived a few days after Christmas — so no biggie. Our roller coaster was shipped the very next day AND arrived on the 24th of December. Perfect timing for Santa to get it all set up and surprise our baby girl on Christmas morning. I’m not kidding you when I say, this is her new favorite toy. She was skeptical at first but after about an hour of play we couldn’t keep her off. She rides her coaster countless times every day. It’s safe, it’s easy for her to push the car back up to the starting point (she’s a teeny tiny, petite 23lb babe), and it never gets old. I’m so pleased with my purchase and I’m forever grateful for how quickly Step2 shipped our order and saved “Santa’s” procrastinating behind for Christmas. ;) We will definitely make future purchases from this brand! "I received the wrong extension track for my roller coaster. It was my fault that I chose the wrong one, but ordered it at the same time as the roller coaster so One would think step two would notice that the two products don’t work with each other. Instead, they accepted the return with my expense to return it and the shipping cost more than the value of the extension set. I will not be ordering from step2 again as I feel like this was very poor customer service."
