"We got this for our 2 year old granddaughter and put it together in under 1 hour. In our opinion, you need a drill to make pilot holes but not difficult at all. We wish directions had actual words instead of just pictures, but that is just us. It is a perfect size and with all the included accessories, I am sure she will enjoy it for years to come!"
"Very disappointed in their customer service. I attempted to contact them 2 minutes after I placed an ordered. Sent 2 Emails/ Called and left a message. Totally ignored They still sent it to my house after providing them the corrected address. NO ONE responed. Will need to return bc it needs to go to my daughter's house. Very disappointed."
