"Overall the product looks good and was easy to assemble. Final product was as advertised. Am disappointed with the step construction though. The bottom step has quite a bit of lex in it. It almost folds in half when stepping onto it. We are well below the weight capability of the step. Will have to fix somehow, maybe fill with expandable foam??? Otherwise works great. Thank You"

"This product is so nice and sturdy! It was fairly easy to assemble I just used my husbands tools and followed the instructions. It took me maybe 15 minutes. It fits the hot tub area perfectly and is nice and sturdy. I love that it has the storage step because our hot tub supplies have been taking up space in our cupboard for awhile! The hooks on the sides to hang towels is also a super nice feature."

"These hot tub steps are great. It’s a nice match and contrast for my brown hot tub. I was skeptical of the sturdiness, but I got in and out as well as my husband who is 61 and my two kids were jumping in and out with no issues. My favorite part is the storage underneath and the extra detail of the towel hooks on the sides is awesome!"

"Really like these steps, they are sturdy and the storage bench is great. The towel hooks on the side are a nice addition also. My only complaint is that a drill is definitely needed to assemble since the holes aren’t pre-drilled. With a drill, assembly wasn’t too bad and came together quickly."
Sturdy! Perfect for the hot tub!
"We didn’t have any steps before and just “climbed” in and out of the hot tub. These are perfect for easy entry for young and old alike. Very sturdy and well built. Does require assembly. Only suggestion would be pre-drill the holes. We used an impact drill to get the screws into the plastic. Love the storage in the second step and will utilize it for storing our chemicals. The towel hooks are a nice addition as well. Perfect addition to our patio."
