"I’m a grandma and got the swing for my 9 month old grandson. It was easy to assemble. We took a bench swing off it’s frame and put the swing on that frame with some short chains. Worked out great. Baby loves it!"

"I purchased a toddler swing as a gift. When it did not arrive in time I called customer service and ask them to ship out another swing. They said they could not and had to wait till federal express did an investigation. Two days later I was contacted and was offered a replacement or a refund at that point it was too late. I tried pleading with the customer service rep, indicating how late the swing was compared to the ETA arrival date. She was kind, but however, her hands were tied and could not do anything else for me. I believe step two policy should be looked over again by management."
