"I installed the new mailbox yesterday and 3 times so far the door just comes open and the reason for this is that it is not making a strong enough connection to the magnet and seal plate on the door and what a shame because this mailbox is constructed well except for the poorly designed door magnet and is the reason I will be returning it."

"It's big and beautiful! Our mailman is happier since he can put a box in it now vs. coming to our door daily. It is plastic but is attractive - has some cute touches to give a unique look. It even has a spot to add a plant hanger in the back to dress it up. We're enjoying it so far -- looks like it will hold up nicely."
