Great Product
"My wife and I refurbish kids toys and have sold many "Love and Care Nurseries". This is a very nice Toy. . . . well made, durable, and reasonably priced. If it is put together properly, doors do not fall off or break as other reviewers have suggested. My only suggestion is that Step 2 consider selling replacement mobiles as these are the first items to get broken, or misplaced on this set."

My daughter loves it!
"Really easy to put together as long as you follow the directions carefully. My daughter just turned 3 and this was her birthday surprise! She loves it. Goes well with her room decor too!"

Excellent
"The granddaughter loves it we have bought one thought out the years for all our Granddaughter's 2nd birthday's. The mobile could be a bit more durable"

Just okay
"I expected so much more from a step2 product. The assembly was horrible. It calls for a screw driver but you defiantly need a electric screw driver or else good luck. There are no preset holes just little dimples and your expected to use a regular screw driver to get past all the plastic. The mobile broke instantly when trying to assemble. My neighbor bought the same product for her daughter and had the exact same issues. It’s okay when finally assembled but you gotta work for it."

Overall not impressed with product or company.
"Product was made very cheaply, screw holes did not line up properly. Once put together the washer door will not shut correctly, its hard to close for a small child and when closed the bottom corner does not fit. I accidentally ordered 2, asked to return one and was approved. I have to pay shipping which I totally understand. However, the company could have offered a return label so i could pay shipping at the price they pay. For me to ship this item that I paid $114 for it was going to cost me more than that to return it. So I am stuck with a 2nd one that I would never be able to sell to someone for $75. 00. Overall not impressed with product or company."

Good product- poor assembly instructions
"The product is cute, has great toddler appeal and appears strong. If you fill it with sand through the back portals (as recommended), it will probably not tip over as some people noted. However, this was more difficult to assemble than it needs to be. There are no pre-drilled holes and when you call the help line, that's all the help you receive "yes there are no holes". Luckily I had an electric screwdriver which helped me to assemble it. I was 5 minutes away from calling in someone to pay to have it done, or going to buy a drill. The electric screwdriver plus some extra pressure did the trick. The real issue is the lack of printed directions. If you have not assembled things in the past, it is not always intuitive from the poor drawings how to go about this. I would highly recommend adding a tip section. I had to search through Reddit and the internet to see how other people fared since the help line was not useful for me. From my research I learned how others overcame the lack of pre-drilled holes. I am happy to have this, but probably would not buy another item like this again. I would stick with wood where the holes are pre-drilled."
