Water gets stuck inside
"Don’t buy this if you plan to keep it outside. I’m outside my 30 days and can’t return to store but it’s been less than 6 months and there’s water inside the playground and I can’t get it out ! There are 3 low spots on the the walkway thing and only 1 low spot has a drainage hole even if you shake it the water won’t get out, if I were to get a replacement I would just keep it indoors. It seems like the seams weren’t all molded shut and water gets inside easily. Defect?"

Poorly designed! Dangerous!!!!!!!!!
"My son was on the platform of the play structure and was looking out, like in the picture I posted, when he fell out the “lookout window”. I was standing, at most 5 feet away, just far enough so when I lunged forward to catch him I couldn’t get there in time. He fell forward, his head tipped back, then he landed on his throat and his body flipped over his head, it was terrifying! I thought for certain he would be paralyzed when I scooped him up. Thankfully he coughed for a bit but was otherwise ok. . . this time! The support rails are not high enough to protect falls out of the windows. This was a gift but I will find out where it came from and be sure to put in a safety complaint with the retailer also."
