How do I purchase a replacement slide for the Step 2 woodland climber
We apologize but unfortunately, we do not sell & are unable to sell individual boxes or any of the small or large plastic rotational molded pieces such as this due to how the products are produced/manufactured. All products are manufactured and packaged in a complete mold set or as a family. We do not run individual plastic rotational molded pieces or stock extra pieces; therefore, we cannot sell these individually. We can provide these parts ONLY as no charge replacements if the product was damaged in packaging, parts are missing or if the product fails within the warranty period under normal use to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase or a receipt. https://www.step2.com/pages/warranty
