"This little house is very attractive and my 3 year old granddaughter loves it, especially the doorbell and mailbox. Things I would have wished to be different is how cramped the little seat is . . . . my granddaughter is normal sized and had to squeeze to sit on it because of close proximity to the tiny table top next to it. Also, my son who assembled it had to purchase bolts to put the house together and drill holes as there were none, so not an easy assembly."
"My son-in-law had this put together in under 20 minutes. My grandchildren loved it before it was completely built. It was so wonderful to hear their laughter and joy come out of that wonderful playhouse."

"Cute little playhouse. Only 3 gripes I have is that this newer version has a giant grill that sticks off the side and if you don’t wanna put it on, then the kids lose the sink and the table on the inside because it makes it hard to put it in a corner or against the wall flat if you don’t want it out in the middle of a room. Then kiddos have to go without the table so they should’ve made the table with two parts so if you didn’t want the grill part extending out that you could take that piece off. And years ago, this playhouse used to have two seats inside and now it only has one booooo so that is not preferred. They need to go back to two seats in these things for the price. And I spent an extra hundred+ dollars more to get this color rather than going with the basic brown, also not fair that you have to pay $100 more just to have this blue and grey color but overall the playhouse is cute and absolutely love the removable planter on the side. I filled it with fake flowers and the kids love playing with it."
