"The original purchase and product quality were fine. However the child received the identical gift from someone else and we wanted to return or exchange the product. We received a RMA from Step 2 that did not cover the shipping. When we took the product to FedEx, which Step 2 specified, they informed us that it would cost$104. 00 to return. The product was 90. 00 to purchase. Very disappointed in Step 2 and will not purchase from their website again!"
"Our 16 months old has so much fun with this table! We love all of the different things she can discover on it. My only complaint is that I wish the umbrella actually matched the table. It would have been nice to have the option of an all blue umbrella of a blue and bright green striped umbrella. Aside from that the height is perfect, it's very sturdy and easy to set up and clean. Customer service was also great, we were missing a few parts that they were quick to ship out to us once we notified them."
