"The original purchase and product quality were fine. However the child received the identical gift from someone else and we wanted to return or exchange the product. We received a RMA from Step 2 that did not cover the shipping. When we took the product to FedEx, which Step 2 specified, they informed us that it would cost$104. 00 to return. The product was 90. 00 to purchase. Very disappointed in Step 2 and will not purchase from their website again!"
