"Attempting to contact someone for a replacement washer for the wheel. The one inside the package was broken & I can't find the proper size at the hardware stores. It's item: W . 922" 23,42mm. Can anyone assist?"

"It’s fun and cute, but the plastic caps that keep the tires on broke off immediately (2 of them) And it’s tight if your kids have long legs."
Not the best small makes loud noises
"Hard to put together and making a loud squeaky noise. Nothing will fix it. Reminds you of nails on a chalkboard. Also the two seat are extremely small for my two-year-old and 10 month old. They barely sit side-by-side."
absolute garbage
"This was purchased for my children and they are both well under the 50lbs weight limit per child. It worked great until it didn’t. Now the wheel gets stuck whenever we are on walks. I thought maybe the axel was bent so I dished our money for the replacement axel and replacement hardware to try and fix it and it’s STILL BROKEN. I’m out over $250 now and still need to spend money on a new wagon or something as I still need to transport my kids."

"The product was perfect in design for two children, but unfortunately there is still a lack of commitment to durability. I was walking with my 3 year old twins when the wheel just got stuck and is no longer moving. I believe that the weight and durability of the product does not correspond as indicated."
